You will meet your team before moving in; no random faces or rushed arrangements.Your Team Leader stays connected to check in; resolve issues early and keep communication flowing.

SIL may be suitable if you:

• Need daily support to live independently
• Are ready to move from the family home or another care arrangement
• Have been approved for SIL funding in your NDIS plan
• Want to develop life skills while having help on hand when needed

Our internal clinical team supports your care plan and helps with documentation for plan reviews or changes.

We provide consistent reporting; weekly, fortnightly or monthly - to participants, families and Support Coordinators.

Your progress; routines; incidents and goals are all captured and communicated clearly.
