Nursing Support
Specialist care at home that respects your dignity, health and daily independence.
Nura Care offers NDIS-funded nursing support delivered by qualified professionals who understand how to balance medical needs with personal choice. Whether it is wound care, medication or continence support, we make sure you feel safe and respected every step of the way.
-
Clinically Informed, Personally Delivered
Our internal clinical team oversees every plan that includes nursing. This ensures our nurses are not only qualified, but also aligned with the participant’s broader care goals.
Every intervention is discussed with you, and delivered with empathy – not just efficiency.

Who It Is For
Nursing support may be appropriate if you:
- Require clinical care to remain safely at home
- Need support managing medications or complex health conditions
- Are transitioning from hospital and need daily medical care
- Have NDIS funding for community nursing or high intensity supports
-
Consistent Care and Communication
You are matched with a nurse who understands your needs and communication preferences. We keep families, Support Coordinators and GPs informed; but only as much as you are comfortable with.
Shift reports are digital and secure, with update frequency based on your preference.
-
Compliance and Quality You Can Trust
All Nura Care nurses are AHPRA-registered and meet NDIS Practice Standards. We audit clinical plans regularly and maintain clear records to support reviews, emergencies or transitions.
