Individualised Living Options (ILO)
Your home. Your choice. Your team.
Individualised Living Options (ILO) is a flexible NDIS support that lets you shape your living arrangement based on what works best for you; whether that is living alone, with a host or with support built into your family home.
-
Types of ILO Arrangements
- Living alone with flexible drop-in support
- Co-residency with a housemate or supportive peer
- Shared care in a family home with supplementary NDIS services
- Host arrangement – living with someone who provides informal support
-
Who It Is For
ILO is ideal if you:
- Want to live independently but not in SIL housing
- Prefer to stay close to family or your existing community
- Would like more say in who supports you and how
- Are looking for a stable, long-term support plan without 24/7 care
-
Flexible but Safe
All ILO plans are reviewed by our clinical and coordination teams before submission. We help gather the right evidence and ensure your goals align with the support being requested.
Once your ILO is approved, we stay involved to ensure your support team and living setup continue to meet your needs.
-
Clear Communication
Because ILO often involves informal and formal supports working together, we set up structured reporting and communication between families, housemates, coordinators and other providers; with your consent and preferences respected.
